Over the past three years, I have successfully organized and managed the Boys and Girls High School All Star Games. This has involved attending 2-3 high school games per week, conducting extensive research on players, and consulting with coaches to select the best talent for the event. Last year, we sold 500 tickets and attracted 15 college coaches, as well as event sponsors. As the sole organizer of the event, I handled everything from securing players' jerseys to advertising, event coordination, and more. It's been a challenging but rewarding experience that has allowed me to showcase my skills in event planning and marketing.
